20 ml Morand cherry syrup
40 ml alcohol-free gin
20 ml lemon juice
250 ml tonic
A candied lemon and juniper berries

Preparation
Steps

1. Pour 40 ml of alcohol-free gin, 20 ml of lemon juice and 20 ml of cherry syrup into a glass
2. Mix it up
3. Add some ice cubes

4. Smoke the mixture under a cloche with pine buds
5. Add the tonic
6. Decorate with a candied lemon and juniper berries
