4.5 cl Eau-de-vie de Mirabelle Morand

2 cl bergamot liqueur

1.5 cl rosemary syrup

1 dash (approx. 3 drops) orange bitter

2 cl fresh lemon juice

2 drops salt solution (Himalayan salt preferred)

Rosemary sprig

Ice cubes

  1. 1. Pour the Eau-de-vie de Mirabelle Morand, bergamot liqueur, rosemary syrup and lemon juice into the mixing glass

    2. Add orange bitter and saline solution

    3. Add ice cubes to 2/3 of the mixing glass

    4. Mix with the mixing spoon

  2. 5. Place the rosemary sprig on a board and lightly burn with a blowtorch

    6. Place the cocktail glass over the rosemary, letting it infuse for a few seconds before removing the glass

    7. Strain the preparation directly into the cocktail glass

    8. Squeeze a lemon over the surface of the glass
