40 ml Morand Abricotine
10 ml Morand Golden eau-de-vie
30 ml Morand blood orange syrup
20 ml lemon juice
20 ml Ancho Reyes
40 ml grapefruit juice
10 ml yuzu juice
Crushed basil
Shaved ice
Foam ingredients:
1 g Sucro
10 ml orange syrup
10 ml Abricotine

Preparation
Steps

1. Muddle the basil with the lemon juice and blood orange syrup
2. Add the other ingredients and shake
3. Fill a tiki glass with ice, pour in the ingredients, and add a pile of crushed ice on top
4. Decorate with some orange-and-Abricotine foam

Blend the ingrdients with a stick blender
