Ingredients
Basil
20 ml lemon juice
30 ml Morand blood orange syrup
40 ml Morand Abricotine
10 ml Morand Golden eau-de-vie
20 ml Ancho Reyes
40 ml grapefruit juice
10 ml yuzu juice
Foam ingredients:
1 g Sucro
100 ml orange syrup
100 ml Abricotine

Preparation
Steps

Muddle the basil with the lemon juice and blood orange syrup.
Add the other ingredients and shake.
Fill a tiki glass with ice, pour in the ingredients, and add a pile of crushed ice on top.
Decorate with some orange-and-Abricotine foam.
To make the foam: Blend the ingrdients with a stick blender. -
