10 ml Morand Golden eau-de-vie
10 ml Calvados
20 ml Christian Drouin apple gin
20 ml yuzu liqueur
10 ml Morand yuzu syrup
1 tsp truffle honey


Mixing glass
Old-fashioned glass

  1. Put the Morand Golden eau-de-vie, calvados, Christian Drouin gin, yuzu liqueur, yuzu syrup and truffle honey in a mixing glass.
    Add the ice cubes, then mix with a bar spoon.

    Pour into an old-fashioned glass with ice cubes.
    Decorate with a twist of lemon and some dried truffle honey.
