2 thick slices of cucumber
30 ml Morand Genépi
30 ml Morand Gentiane eau-de-vie
20 ml melon syrup
30 ml lemon juice
Slice of melon
Slice of cucumber

Preparation



Steps

  1. In the shaker, use a muddler to crush the cucumber with the melon syrup, then add the Morand Genépi , Morand Gentiane and lemon juice.


    Shake vigorously for 30 seconds, then strain into a coupe glass without ice.
    Decorate with a slice of melon and cucumber.
