Ingredients
2 slices of orange
30 ml blood orange syrup
30 ml lemon juice
60 ml Valais apple juice
60 ml sparkling water
Sprig of mint

Fill the shaker with ice cubes and crush the two orange slices with a muddler, then add the blood orange syrup, lemon juice and Valais apple juice.
Shake vigorously until your hands are cold, then strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
Pour the sparkling water over the top.
Decorate with a sprig of mint. -
