4 cl Morand Eau-de-vie de Coing
2 cl Morand Liqueur de Mirabelle
1 cl Morand Sugar Cane Syrup
1 cinnamon stick, broken in half
5 lime slices
Ginger Ale

Preparation



Steps

  1. 1. Make the cocktail in a shaker

    2. Use the pestle to crush 1 cinnamon stick half and 4 lime slices

    3. Add the Morand Eau-de-vie de Coing, Morand Liqueur de Mirabelle and Morand Sugar Cane Syrup to the shaker

    4. Fill with ice

     

  2. 5. Close the shaker, then shake until your hands feel cold 

    6. Pour the cocktail and ice into a highball glass

    7. Top up with Ginger Ale

    8. Garnish with the other cinnamon stick half and remaining lime slice
