1. Prepare in a whisky glass.
2. Add a sugar cube and a large orange zest.
3. Add a drop of Angostura bitters, and crush with a pestle until the sugar dissolves.
4. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
5. Add 5 cl of Morand Hierba® du Valais and top up with soda water.
6. Decorate with an orange zest.
