1. Prepare in a blender.
2. Add a scoop of ice cream to the blender.
3. Add a fresh peach cut into pieces.
4. Sprinkle with Morand Peach Syrup and add 3 Sichuan peppercorns.
5. Add shaved ice, and blend.
6. Pour into a martini glass.
7. Decorate with peppercorns.
