1. Prepare in a shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and add an egg white.
3. Add 4 cl of Williamine® Morand
4. Add juice from 1/2 a squeezed lemon and sprinkle with Morand Sugar Cane Syrup.
5. Close the shaker and shake until your hands feel cold.
6. Blend and pour into a whisky glass through a cocktail strainer.
7. Decorate with a large zest of lemon.
