4 cl Williamine® Morand
Morand Cane Sugar Syrup

egg
1/2 lemon
1 zest lemon
Ice cubes

Preparation



Steps

  1. 1. Prepare in a shaker

    2. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and add an egg white

    3. Add 4 cl of Williamine® Morand

    4. Add juice from 1/2 a squeezed lemon and sprinkle with Morand Sugar Cane Syrup

  2. 5. Close the shaker and shake until your hands feel cold

    6. Blend and pour into a whisky glass through a cocktail strainer

    7. Decorate with a large zest of lemon
