Steps

1. Prepare in the glass
2. Cut half a lime into quarters and place in glass
3. Add half a peeled mandarine
4. Add 3 cl Morand Mandarine Syrup
5. Crush using a pestle
6. Take 10 mint leaves and slap them between your hands

7. Add them to the glass
8. Fill with shaved ice
9. Stir with a bar spoon
10. Add more shaved ice
11. Top with soda water
12. Decorate with mint leaves and mandarine quarters
