1. Prepare in a Mojito glass.
2. Add the lime quarters and 1/4 peeled mango and cut into pieces.
3. Add 2 cl of Morand Mango Syrup.
4. Crush with a pestle to extract the juice.
5. Slap the mint leaves between your hands, then add to the glass.
6. Fill glass with shaved ice until full,
7. and top up with soda water.
8. Decorate with cubes of mango and a tip of mint.
