1. Prepare in a blender.
2. Add 4 or 5 ice cubes, then
3. add the quarter peeled mango, cut into pieces.
4. Add the condensed milk, and sprinkle with Morand Coconut Syrup and Morand Cinnamon Syrup.
5. Add a bit of ground nutmeg (about as much as fits on the tip of a knife), and half a vanilla pod.
6. Blend until it turns into a thick mix, then serve in a water glass.
7. Decorate by sprinkling with grated coconut.
