Sparkling Water
4 lychees
1/2 lime
Ice cubes

Large water glass
Lemon squeezer

Steps

1. Prepare in a large water glass full of ice cubes
2. Crush 3 de-pitted lychees at the bottom of the glass
3. Add the juice from half of a freshly-squeezed lime, and sprinkle with Morand Organic Elderflower Syrup

4. Top up with soda water
5. Decorate with a lychee
