1. Prepare in a shaker.
2. Add 1 cl of Morand Violet Syrup.
3. Add milk.
4. Add ice cubes.
5. Close the shaker and shake until your hands feel cold.
6. Pour into a martini glass.
7. Prepare an espresso and carefully pour it onto the drink.
8. Decorate with violet sugar and/or an edible violet flower.
