1. Prepare in a shaker.
2. Fill shaker with ice cubes, and
3. sprinkle with Morand Williams Pear Syrup.
4. Add 20 cl of skimmed milk and
5. finish with an espresso.
6. Close the shaker and shake until your hands feel cold.
7. Pour the mix together with a few of the ice cubes into a large clear glass.
8. Decorate with thin slices of Williams pear.
