2 cl Morand Williams Pear Syrup
20 cl skimmed milk
1 espresso
1 fresh Williams pear

Preparation
Steps

1. Prepare in a shaker.
2. Fill shaker with ice cubes, and
3. sprinkle with Morand Williams Pear Syrup.
4. Add 20 cl of skimmed milk and -
5. finish with an espresso.
6. Close the shaker and shake until your hands feel cold.
7. Pour the mix together with a few of the ice cubes into a large clear glass.8. Decorate with thin slices of Williams pear.
