Ingredients
4 cl Apricot Eau-de-Vie
2 cl Triple Sec liqueur
3 cl Mandarine syrup
1/2 lime
Zest of mandarin
Ice cubes
Utensils
Martini glass
Shaker
Lemon squeezer
Preparation
Steps

1. Place martini glass in freezer for one hour before serving
2. In a shaker
- Add 4 cl Morand Apricot Eau-de-Vie, 2 cl Morand Triple Sec liqueur, 3 cl Morand Mandarine Syrup
- Squeeze half a lime, add juice to glass
- Add 10 ice cubes
- Shake until fully mixed

3. Remove martini glass from freezer and pour mix into glass
4. Decorate with a zest of mandarin
