1. Prepare in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
2. Add 5 thick slices of cucumber, sprinkle with Morand Sugar Cane Syrup, and crush.
3. Add 4 cl of Morand Williamine® and 1 cl of lime juice.
4. Top up with about 12 cl of non-fizzy apple juice.
5. Close the shaker and shake until your hands feel cold.
6. Pour into the martini glass through a cocktail strainer.
7. Decorate with a cucumber slice.
