Ingredients
4 cl Morand Williamine®
Morand Cane Sugar Syrup
12 cl orange juice
Non-fizzy apple juice
1 cl lime juice
1 cucumber
Ice cubes
Utensils
Shaker
Martini glass
Cocktail strainer
Lemon squeezer
Preparation
Steps

1. Prepare in a shaker filled with ice cubes
2. Add 5 thick slices of cucumber, sprinkle with Morand Sugar Cane Syrup, and crush
3. Add 4 cl of Morand Williamine® and 1 cl of lime juice
4. Top up with about 12 cl of non-fizzy apple juice

5. Close the shaker and shake until your hands feel cold
6. Pour into the martini glass through a cocktail strainer
7. Decorate with a cucumber slice
