1. Prepare in a shot glass.
2. Pour the Morand Lime Syrup into the bottom of the glass.
3. Add shaved ice until the glass is 3/4 full.
4. Pour in lemonade until ice is covered.
5. Add the leaves from the sprig of mint.
6. In a shaker:
- Prepare and add an espresso.
- Add ice cubes.
- Close the shaker and shake until your hands feel cold.
- Carefully pour the cold espresso onto the drink.
7. Decorate with a large zest of lime.
