1. Prepare in a whisky glass.
2. Add 4 half quarters of lime to the glass and sprinkle with Morand Pure Juice Raspberry Syrup.
3. Crush with a pestle to extract the juice.
4. Fill the glass 3/4 full with shaved ice, and add 3 cl of Morand Raspberry Eau-de-vie.
5. Add 2 cl of Morand Raspberry Liqueur and top up with soda water.
6. Decorate with fresh raspberries.
