Morand Luizet Apricot Syrup
1 lime
Shaved ice
4 cl Morand Douce de® Abricot (Apricot)
1 cl Morand Liqueur d'Abricot (Apricot)
Soda water
1 dry apricot


Utensils

Whisky glass
Pestle

Preparation



Steps

  1. 1. Prepare in a whisky glass

    2. Place 4 quarters of lime into the glass and sprinkle with Morand Luizet Apricot Syrup

    3. Crush with a pestle to extract the juice

  2. 4. Fill the glass up to 3/4 with shaved ice, and add 4 cl of Morand Douce de® Abricot

    5. Add 1 cl of Morand Apricot Liqueur and top up with soda water

    6. Decorate with a slice of lime and/or a dry apricot
