1. Prepare in a whisky glass.
2. Place 4 quarters of lime into the glass and sprinkle with Morand Luizet Apricot Syrup.
3. Crush with a pestle to extract the juice.
4. Fill the glass up to 3/4 with shaved ice, and add 4 cl of Morand Douce de® Abricot.
5. Add 1 cl of Morand Apricot Liqueur and top up with soda water.
6. Decorate with a slice of lime and/or a dry apricot.
