10 ml Morand Sirop de Sucre de Canne
20 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
20 ml egg white
Ice cubes

Preparation
Steps

1. Pour the Morand Abricotine, Morand Sirop de Sucre de Canne and freshly squeezed lemon juice into the cocktail shaker
2. Add the egg white
3. Put the lid on and shake vigorously to emulsify the egg white (dry shake)
4. Fill the old fashioned glass with ice cubes and pour the contents of the shaker over the top
