Hugo Recipe - Refreshing Elderflower Spritz

The Hugo is a beloved aperitif cocktail that blends sparkling wine, elderflower flavour, and fresh herbs to create a light and vibrant drink. Originating in South Tyrol, this floral spritz has become popular throughout Switzerland and Europe as a refreshing, easy-to-make cocktail perfect for warm weather and relaxed gatherings.


Ingredients

40 ml Morand Elderlfower Liqueur
80 ml sparkling wine
60 ml sparkling water
4 mint leaves
1 lime slice
Ice

Steps

  1. 1. Make directly in the glass

    2. Fill the glass with ice

    3. Add 40 ml Morand Elderflower Liqueur

     

  2. 4. Add 80 ml sparkling wine and 60 ml sparkling water

    5. Garnish with the mint leaves and lime slice
