Steps
  1. 1. Fill a large wine glass with ice cubes

    2. Pour in 4 cl of apricot liqueur

    3. Add 8 cl of Cave du Tunnel 42 sparkling wine

    4. Top up with a splash of sparkling water

    5. Stir gently
