1. Prepare in the shaker.
2. Fill the glass with ice cubes and add 3 cl of Morand Douce de® Williamine®.
3. Add 2 cl of Morand Williamine® Liqueur.
4. Add 5 cl of pineapple juice and half a freshly-squeezed lime.
5. Sprinkle with Morand Cane Sugar Syrup.
6. Close the shaker and shake until your hands feel cold.
7. Pour into a martini glass through a cocktail strainer.
8. Decorate with a slice of lime.
